About Sahar Nateghi

Sahar Nateghi is a self-taught irainian artist who was born in November 1993 in Tehran. She started her artistic activity at the age of 4 . She was interested in painting from the beginning and always tried to get inspiration from her surroundings and implement mental designs on a paper . A pencil is always a necessary tool for her because she always has a small notebook with her everywhere , so that whenever an idea comes to her mind or a new subject comes up , she records it in her notebook .

she has always been a multi-potential artist who is active in various artistic fields and performs several skills including Painting, Photography, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects and Sculpture . She also has a directing and filming course in 2021. She worked as an assistant director of commercial teasers and independently directed a commercial teaser for the Rockland brand .

The only art class she has taken , is painting . And She has trained under several teachers , each for very limited time . Because she always wants to educate herself in her artistic path , explore and adventure in this direction . The technique that she is interested in and works with in painting is graphite pencil , and she mostly deals with this technique.
” When you have only two colors , black and white , your colors are limited , but you have to do a wide range from dark to light , and that can be difficult.” In this way , she has always tried to have her own signature and style in her work .

She also started photography as self-taught in 2013 . Before taking a photo, she always starts to ideate and design the scene on a piece of paper with a pencil from a few days to a few hours before, so that she can clearly imagine and implement her ideas for photography . After her efforts to learn the knowledge of photography and the experiences she made for herself, in 2017 she was able to get some freelance photography projects for advertising photography and started working in this field . And in 2018 , upon entering the first advertising company, she was hired as a photographer and stylist of the collection , and in this way she was able to cooperate with countless brands in the field of advertising photography and increase her experience . After that, she worked with two other advertising companies and is still working as a freelancer .
